These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Cornerman mobile application (the "App"), provided by Mathe Wieme, an individual based in the United Arab Emirates ("Cornerman", "we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you can form a binding agreement with us.
Cornerman lets you record your boxing sessions, analyses your movement, and provides feedback and training drills. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own, non-commercial training. You are responsible for activity that takes place through your device.
You keep ownership of the recordings you make with the App. By using the App, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, and process your recordings and the movement data derived from them in order to operate the App and to develop, evaluate, train, and improve our products and our machine-learning models, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The App's analysis and feedback are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are provided for general informational purposes only and are not professional coaching or medical advice.
The App, including its software, models, design, and content (other than your own recordings), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any of our rights to you.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including any injury sustained while training.
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will ask you to review and accept the updated Terms in the App.
