Cornerman ("Cornerman", the "App", "we", "us", "our") is a mobile application that records your boxing sessions on your phone, analyses your movement, and gives you feedback. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you record a session, the App captures video and audio of you training using your device's camera and microphone. The audio includes the sound of your strikes, which helps the App detect and time your punches.
From each recording the App derives body-position ("pose" or "skeleton") data, on-device analysis results (such as punch counts and form metrics), and, in guided sessions, a timeline of the drills and cues that were called out.
The App signs you in anonymously and assigns a randomly generated user identifier so your data can be stored and synced. We do not require or store your name, email address, or a password.
The App stores the preferences you choose during setup (such as your stance, skill level, and training focus) and a record that you accepted this Privacy Policy, including the date and version.
Our service providers process standard technical information needed to operate the App, such as app version, device type, network requests, and timestamps.
We do not use your data for third-party advertising, and we do not sell your personal data.
Cornerman's movement analysis runs on your phone. Uploading your recordings and derived data to our cloud is what enables storage, sync, and the model-improvement use described above.
We use Google Firebase (Authentication, Realtime Database, and Cloud Storage) to host and process data on our behalf. Their handling of data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. We share data with service providers only as needed to run the App, and we may disclose data where required by law.
We are based in the United Arab Emirates, and our service providers may store and process your data on servers located in other countries. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on our providers' safeguards for protecting it.
We keep your recordings and derived data for as long as needed to provide the App and to develop and improve our models, unless you ask us to delete them.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data, or to stop using it to improve our models, by emailing support@corner-man.ai. Because accounts are anonymous, please email us from a consistent address and include your in-app user identifier (shown in the App's settings) so we can locate your data.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), the EU/UK GDPR, or the California Consumer Privacy Act. We honour these rights where they apply to you.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including the security features of our cloud providers, to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Cornerman is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has used the App, contact us and we will delete the data.
We may update this policy. If we make a material change to how we handle your data, we will ask you to review and accept the updated policy in the App before you continue recording.
